You can submit your documents on BenefitsCal

BenefitsCal is California’s official website for food benefits.

You’ll need one of the following:

  • A 7-character CalFresh case number (it may include letters and numbers) or
  • An 8-digit application number.

You can find your 7-character case number on your county letters or EBT card.

County letter

You can usually find your case number on the top right hand side of county letters.

EBT card

You can find your 7-character CalFresh case number on the front or back of your EBT card under your name.

Remember:
  • Always skip the first two characters. The next 7 characters are your case number.
  • Your case number may include both letters and numbers.

If your card looks like this, your case number is the last 7 characters.
